Meetings of board of law library trustees

The board of trustees shall meet once each month and at such other times as they may appoint, at a place to be appointed for that purpose. A majority of all their number shall constitute a quorum for business. Added by Laws 1936, Ex.Sess., p. 29, § 12, emerg. eff. Dec. 15, 1936.
