Certificate of sufficient cause - Proceedings by grand jury or district attorney

If the magistrate return a certificate that there is sufficient cause to believe the corporation guilty of the offense charged, the grand jury or district attorney may proceed thereon, as in the case of a natural person held to answer. R.L.1910, § 6122.
