Application of act

A. The provisions of this act shall apply to any municipal governing body that adopts the provisions of this act, and are applicable to the collection of municipal code liens as to real property, other than owner-occupied property, in the municipality. B. The provisions of this act shall not apply to owner-occupied property. Added by Laws 2025, c. 334, § 3, eff. Nov. 1, 2025.
