Purchase of products available through General Services

Administration contracts. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Department of Veterans Affairs shall be authorized to purchase products which are available through a General Services Administration contract. Such products shall not be required to be on a current state contract before a purchase can be made. Added by Laws 1996, c. 149, § 2, emerg. eff. May 7, 1996.
