Lessee contract performance bond - Waiver

The contract performance bond requirement for lessees of Department facilities, wherein the estimated obligation of the lessee for a one-year period is less than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), is hereby waived. Added by Laws 2005, c. 363, § 48, eff. Nov. 1, 2005.
