Definitions

As used in the Oklahoma Trails System Act: 1. "Commission" means the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission; and 2. "Political subdivision" means any county, municipality or other subdivision of state or local government. Added by Laws 2005, c. 363, § 79, eff. Nov. 1, 2005.
