The principal and interest necessary to retire any bonds issued by the Authority shall be paid out of the "Oklahoma Educational Television Bond Sinking Fund" hereinafter established by Section 23- 111 of this article. Added by Laws 1971, c. 281, § 23-110, eff. July 2, 1971.
