Penalties

Whoever violates the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment of not more than one (1) year, or both. Added by Laws 1971, c. 217, § 6, eff. Jan. 1, 1972.
