Administrative law judge authorized to conduct hearings

by electronic means. Upon agreement or a showing of hardship by one of the parties, or upon the court's own motion, the administrative law judge may conduct administrative hearings telephonically or by other electronic means. Added by Laws 1997, c. 403, § 14, eff. Nov. 1, 1997.
