Auditing classes by governing board members

A. Being necessary to fulfill their role as a member of the governing board of their respective Oklahoma higher education institution, any member of a governing board of an Oklahoma higher education institution shall be allowed by their institution to audit a class free of charge. B. Governing board members who audit a class pursuant to subsection A of this section may not receive academic credit for the class or classes audited. Added by Laws 2023, c. 52, § 1, eff.
