Appointment of assistants and employees - Term

The Attorney General is hereby authorized to appoint the Assistants and employees created in this act, in addition to those now authorized by law, and they shall hold their offices and positions at the pleasure and discretion of the Attorney General. Laws 1939, p. 49, § 11.
