Public safety protection defined

As used in this act, "public safety protection" means any of, or combinations of, the following operations: 1. Law enforcement; 2. Fire public safety protections; or 3. Emergency medical services provided by the municipality. Added by Laws 2021, c. 239, § 10, eff. Nov. 1, 2021.
