Members of the Legislature who are authorized by the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, to attend official meetings and sessions concerning legislation during a legislative recess shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for mileage and per diem in the same manner as
provided for in Sections 291 and 291.1 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Laws 1979, c. 274, § 3, emerg. eff. June 5, 1979.
