The election shall be conducted in accordance with applicable election laws. The registered voters of the proposed town shall vote on the question of incorporation by separate ballot, which shall be substantially in the following form: For incorporation as the town of ___________ ( ) Yes. ( ) No. Laws 1977, c. 256, § 3-104, eff. July 1, 1978.
