Disclosure of fee for dishonored check, negotiable

order of withdrawal or share draft. The seller or lender shall disclose to the buyer or debtor the fact that such a fee will be charged and collected for dishonored checks, negotiable orders of withdrawal or share drafts issued by the buyer or debtor.
