Petition for equitable relief

On petition of a patient, the patient's agent, or a health care provider or facility involved with the patient's care, the court may enjoin or direct a health care decision or order other equitable relief. A proceeding under this section shall be governed by Title 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Added by Laws 2022, c. 136, § 12, emerg. eff. April 29, 2022.
