It is the intention of the Legislature to recognize that the existence of do-not-resuscitate identification or consent correctly expresses the will of any person who bears it and that foreign
courts recognize this expression and give full faith and credit to do-not-resuscitate identification or consent. Added by Laws 1997, c. 327, § 2, eff. Nov. 1, 1997.
