Settlement between property owner and bondholder -

Ratification. All settlements or compromises made by any property owner with the registered holder of bonds in accordance with Section 36-305 of this title are hereby ratified and confirmed and shall be binding upon all persons, including subsequent holders and assignees of the bonds.
