If any section, paragraph, sentence or phrase of this act shall be declared unconstitutional or void for any reason by any court of
final jurisdiction, such decision shall not, in any way, invalidate or affect any other section, paragraph, sentence or phrase of this act, but the same shall continue in full force and effect. Added by Laws 1951, p. 136, § 7, emerg. eff. May 26, 1951.
