The term "motor vehicle" as used in this act means and includes a self-propelled land motor vehicle designed for use principally
upon public roads or streets but does not mean or include crawler or farm-type tractors, farm implements and, if not subject to motor vehicle registration, any equipment which is designed for use principally off public roads and streets. Laws 1968, c. 106, § 1, eff. July 1, 1968.
