Warrants and accounts to be paid in full

He shall in no case purchase or receive any warrant redeemable at the Treasury, or any audited account at a less value than expressed thereon, nor shall he receive any fee or reward, aside from his annual salary for transacting any business connected with the duties of his office. R.L.1910, § 8144.
