Establishments receiving incentive payments not eligible

to receive certain tax credits and exemptions. The prohibition set forth in Section 3607 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall apply to an establishment which receives incentive payments pursuant to the Former Military Facility Development Act.
