Apportionment of fees, taxes and penalties

All titling and registration fees, taxes, and penalties collected by Service Oklahoma pursuant to the provisions of Sections 4014 and 4021 of this title shall be apportioned by Service Oklahoma as provided in Section 1104 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
