Fees

The Secretary of State shall have charge and collect for: (a) Filing articles of incorporation, Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00); (b) Filing articles of amendment, Ten Dollars ($10.00); (c) Filing articles of consolidation or merger, Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00); (d) Filing articles of conversion, Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00); (e) Filing certificate of change of principal office, Ten Dollars ($10.00); (f) Issuing certificate of incorporation, amendment, consolidation, merger or conversion, or any certified copy thereof, Five Dollars ($5.00).
