Short title

Sections 12-101 through 12-105 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the “Suicide Prevention Act”. Added by Laws 2001, c. 168, § 1, emerg. eff. May 2, 2001. Amended by Laws 2008, c. 113, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 2008.
