Remuneration of directors

REMUNERATION OF DIRECTORS. Unless the organic rules otherwise provide, the board of directors may set the remuneration of directors and of nondirector committee members appointed under subsection (a) of Section 82 of this act. Added by Laws 2009, c. 68, § 75, eff. Jan. 1, 2010.
