Sale of certain paint to intoxicated person

Any person who knowingly sells paint containing metallic powders dispensed from a pressurized container to an obviously intoxicated person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Laws 1981, c. 52, § 2, emerg. eff. April 13, 1981.
