Employer permitting unlicensed or improperly licensed person to drive

No employer shall permit a person to operate a motor vehicle under his control unless the person has a valid license for the class of vehicle being operated. Amended by Laws 1990, c. 219, § 43, eff. Jan. 1, 1991.
