Status of existing platting statutes

After a city planning commission has control over subdivision as provided in Section 47-114 of this title, the jurisdiction of the commission, as herein conferred over plats shall be exclusive within the territory under its jurisdiction. Laws 1977, c. 256, § 47-120, eff. July 1, 1978.
