Notwithstanding any other provision in Section 49-100.1 et seq. of Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the maximum number of years of credited service taken into account under the System shall not exceed thirty (30) years. Added by Laws 2025, c. 142, § 6, emerg. eff. May 12, 2025.
