Short title - Oklahoma Local Public and Private

Facilities and Infrastructure Act. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma Local Public and Private Facilities and Infrastructure Act". Added by Laws 2017, c. 332, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 2017. NOTE: Editorially renumbered from § 5151 of this title to avoid duplication in numbering.
