Short title - Municipal Campaign Finance and Financial

Disclosure Act. Sections 56-101 through 56-110 of this title shall be the provisions of the Local Government Campaign Finance and Financial Disclosure Act applicable to municipalities and shall be known as the “Municipal Campaign Finance and Financial Disclosure Act”.
