The Pardon and Parole Board shall make and promulgate such rules and regulations for the study, hearings, recommendations, and supervision of all parolees as necessary to carry out the intent of this act. Added by Laws 1963, c. 78, § 3. Amended by Laws 1987, c. 156, § 4, eff. Nov. 1, 1987.
