Purpose

It is hereby declared to be the purpose of this act to vitalize Section 38, Article X, of the Oklahoma Constitution and to direct the issuance and sale of general obligation bonds authorized by said constitutional amendment. Added by Laws 1969, c. 339, § 1, emerg. eff. May 8, 1969.
