Notices required to be published once each week for two or more consecutive weeks - Interval

When notice is required by this act to be published once each week for two (2) or more consecutive weeks, the interval between the first publication and each successive publication shall be not less than six (6) days. Laws 1969, c. 302, § 36, eff. Jan. 1, 1970.
