Regulations relating to import of nonnative cervidae to

be consistent with federal regulations. Any regulation relating to the import of nonnative cervidae adopted by a local government, authority, or state agency or office shall be consistent with corresponding federal regulations. Added by Laws 2019, c. 217, § 2, emerg. eff. April 29, 2019.
