Rules against perpetuities not applicable

For all trusts created under this title, the rules against perpetuities shall not apply, it being the intent that trusts created in this state may have perpetual duration if a timing provision or limit is not specified in the trust document. Added by Laws 2024, c. 369, § 38, eff. Nov. 1, 2024.
