Schedule I characteristics

Schedule I includes substances with the following characteristics: 1. High potential for abuse; 2. No accepted medical use in the United States or lacks accepted safety for use in treatment under medical supervision. Added by Laws 1971, c. 119, § 2-203, operative Sept. 1, 1971.
