Counties as trust beneficiaries

Each of the counties in which a part of such toll expressway will be located may be a trust beneficiary to the extent of the portion of such expressway which is to be located within such county. Added by Laws 1971, c. 333, § 5, emerg. eff. June 16, 1971.
