Exemptions

This act shall not apply to cities, towns, planning district or any other area where jurisdiction is otherwise vested by law in a political subdivision to establish standards for the dedication of roads or bridges. Laws 1975, c. 239, § 2, emerg. eff. May 30, 1975.
