Penalties

Any person violating any provision of this act shall be removed from any office that he holds in connection with such county hospital by a court of competent jurisdiction and, in addition thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Added by Laws 1961, p. 221, § 2, emerg. eff. Aug. 7, 1961.
