Application to electronic non-testamentary estate planning documents

This act shall apply to an electronic non-testamentary estate planning document created, signed, generated, sent, communicated, received, or stored prior to, on, or after the effective date of this act. Added by Laws 2024, c. 344, § 26, eff. Nov. 1, 2024.
