Inability to award contract under preference program

In the event that the State Purchasing Director is unable to award a contract pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 of this act, the award may be placed pursuant to the normal competitive bid and award provisions. Added by Laws 1987, c. 191, § 6, operative July 1, 1987.
