Short title - Workers' Compensation Arbitration Act

Sections 300 through 328 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the "Workers' Compensation Arbitration Act". Added by Laws 2013, c. 208, § 121, eff. Feb. 1, 2014. Amended by Laws 2019, c. 476, § 42, emerg. eff. May 28, 2019.
