Compliance with former district bond resolutions

In the event of such consolidation, the city or town shall comply with provisions of bond resolutions pertaining to outstanding county sewer improvement district bonds and shall remit the sum due for debt requirements as set out therein. Added by Laws 1955, p. 182, § 5, emerg. eff. June 6, 1955.
