Limit on authority of Commission

Nothing in this act shall be construed to place any unregulated utility under the authority of the Corporation Commission beyond the specific authority to effectuate the provisions of this act. Added by Laws 2021, c. 203, § 10, emerg. eff. April 23, 2021.
