Organization; Powers and Duties of Board

Section 2567. Organization; Powers and Duties of Board.--The organization of the board and its powers and duties and the powers and the duties of the county commissioners and the various courts of the county with respect to such memorial hall and the provisions for the maintenance and repair of such hall shall be and continue as provided under existing law.
