Section 1. Bridge in Royalton Borough, Dauphin County.
(a) Designation.--The bridge carrying State Route 441 over the Swatara Creek, locally referred to as the Canal Street Bridge, in the Borough of Royalton, Dauphin County, is hereby designated as the Sgt. Major Clarence Edward Mathias Bridge.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect appropriate signs on the bridge to mark the designation.
