Section 1. (a) The section of SR 0073 in Whitpain Township, Montgomery County, between North Wales Road and Butler Pike is designated and shall be known as the POW/MIA Memorial Highway.
(b) The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs identifying the above portion of road as the POW/MIA Memorial Highway.
