Section 2. (a) The bridge located on SR 3079, Five Point Road, Highland Township, Chester County, over Fawn Run is designated and shall be known as the Marty Godra Memorial Bridge.
(b) The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs identifying the bridge designated in subsection (a) as the Marty Godra Memorial Bridge.
